It goes without saying, as you would expect, where ever we get things wrong or the print quality isn’t good enough, we’ll of course correct things. That might be a full refund or a free replacement product.
You never need to worry about being left out of pocket where a mistake is made on our part or one of our service partners.
Where you are producing custom items and clothing, it is really important you take extra time and care to be sure about the design, graphics and setup of your items. What we can’t refund or replace for free is items that do match your graphic brief (the design you upload) but where, on delivery, you don’t feel it was quite what you wanted.
This becomes an ‘artwork query’ – where the artwork provided – either images or text – aren’t as you wish. The issue we have is where we may have outsourced to an external partner, if the text or graphics match your design, it’s technically correct and can not be refunded or replaced.
We also can’t accept returns on any custom garments or items. This is of course because the item is a ‘one off’ and bespoke to you and your club, so has no resale value.
It’s for this reason we strongly recommend you always, without fail, try a ‘one off’ sample order of a new design or garment first and never progress to a huge order or bulk placement before you’re sure the design, layout, graphics or print quality is as you wish.
