Our standard turnaround time for custom-printed items, including clothing and merchandise, is within 1 working week from the point of order confirmation. The majority of our printing and customisation is completed in-house, allowing us to maintain quality control and ensure a swift production process. However, for larger bulk orders, high-demand periods, or products that require specialist equipment, we may outsource certain aspects of the order to our trusted production partners. Additionally, if any items are temporarily out of stock and require replenishment before customisation, this can also impact turnaround times. In such cases, dispatch may take up to 2-3 weeks, though we will always aim to complete and send out orders as quickly as possible.

Please note that the stated turnaround time refers to the dispatch date, not the delivery date. Once an order has been dispatched, actual delivery times will be dependent on the chosen courier or postal service and their standard operating times. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has left our office, as this will be subject to external factors such as courier delays, postal service demand and so on. If you have a specific deadline or time-sensitive requirement, please inform us as soon as possible so we can assess feasibility and prioritise your order where possible.
